Finally, proof Chairman Mao was against the parking of cycles against THIS fence in Denmark!
The main notice says, in effect, that laving cycles here is forbidden and will be removed without hesitation. Clearly, the person with the spray can has noticed an otherwise largely overlooked paragraph in Mao’s Little Red Book.
